Brief & Concept
After an initial meeting where we ascertain your requirements and budget, we will develop a design brief and scope of works approved by you before we commence with the concepts.
On completion of this stage we will provide you with mood boards, furniture layout and outline project costs.
Detail Design
During this phase of the project we will produce technical drawings, FF&E (fixture, fittings & equipment) specifications and schedules, colour and materials, design and estimation of bespoke items.
On completion you will get a full drawing pack, specifications and a final budget for your project.
Sourcing & Procurement
We have accounts with many of our favourite brands and suppliers to secure exclusive trade discounts on an extensive range of furniture and fittings.
At at-studio we will take care of procurement and manage your orders with suppliers, oversee manufacturing of bespoke items ensuring you get cost-effective projects.
On-site works, project management and installation
We will project manage the works on-site and coordinate the trades. When the design work is completed and all items are installed, we will commence the styling of your decorative objects, soft furnishings, plants and curate your artwork.
This is the exciting stage when we will pull the interior together and realise you vision.
