at-studio is a South East London interior architecture and design studio founded by Kate Tully, creating individual homes that are beautifully designed around the people who live in them.
With years of experience across residential, hospitality and retail design, Kate brings an architectural approach to interiors, looking beyond how a room looks to consider how the whole home works, flows and feels. Specialising in residential renovations and home transformations, we bridge the gap between architecture and interior design, focusing on spatial planning, layout reconfiguration, kitchen and bathroom design, and build-ready design intent.
From architecture to the finer details
Kate studied Interior Architecture at Brighton University and has spent her career bringing together spatial planning, architecture and interior design.
This experience allows at-studio to look at a project as a whole, from the structure and flow of the space through to kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, materials, colour, furniture and bespoke joinery.
We believe the best interiors are found in the details, but those details only work when the bigger picture is right.
Alongside her design practice, she is a guest lecturer on the Interior Design Short Course at UAL, where she mentors aspiring designers and supports the next generation of creative talent.

We take time to understand how you live, what you need from your home and what you want to achieve. From there, we develop a clear design direction and work collaboratively with you throughout the process.
Our role can range from developing the initial concept and spatial layout through to detailed design, bespoke joinery, procurement, project coordination and installation.
